Terms of Service

Last updated 4 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Call My AI, an AI phone-receptionist and CRM service for trade businesses, operated by Dr Mick Tree Surgeon. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Call My AI answers calls on a subscribing business's phone number using an AI voice assistant, logs and books enquiries, maintains a CRM, and (on the Front Desk plan) generates quotes and invoices. The service is set up and configured for you as part of onboarding, rather than as pure self-serve software.

2. Subscriptions & billing

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance, in AUD, via our payment processor Stripe
  • A one-off setup fee applies at signup and is non-refundable once onboarding has begun
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We may change pricing with reasonable notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Call My AI to harass, defraud, or mislead callers, or for any unlawful purpose. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information, pricing and service details you provide for the AI to use during onboarding.

4. AI limitations

Call My AI uses AI voice and language models to understand and respond to callers. While designed to be accurate and reliable, AI systems can occasionally misunderstand a request, mishear details, or make an error in a booking or quote. Every call is logged with a transcript and summary sent to you so mistakes can be caught and corrected quickly — but you remain responsible for confirming details on any booking or quote before relying on it for business decisions.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation — outages can occur with our own infrastructure or with third-party providers (such as Twilio or OpenAI) that the service depends on. Where reasonably possible, missed calls during an outage are still logged and you're notified.

6. Data

Your use of Call My AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it's used.

7. Termination

Either party may end the subscription at any time as described in Section 2. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are materially breached, if payment fails and isn't resolved within a reasonable period, or if the service is used unlawfully.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Call My AI is provided "as is," and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost business or lost jobs) arising from use of the service, including from AI errors or third-party outages. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
